Is ViralFarm really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and needs no card: 2 connected channels, 20 published posts a month, 20 AI credits a month, posting from your AI agent, viral templates and the editor, and 1 API key.
What’s the difference between the paid plans?
Every paid plan includes unlimited published posts, unlimited posts from your AI agent, the Advanced Editor and API + MCP access. They differ in channels and credits: Starter is $12 a month for 3 channels and 150 credits, Pro is $29 for 8 channels and 400 credits, and Premium is $39 for 15 channels and 1,000 credits.
What are AI credits and what do they cover?
Credits pay for generating posts in the ViralFarm app: a Pinterest pin costs 1 credit, a reel 2 and a slideshow 4. Posts your AI agent writes use no credits, and scheduling and publishing are never metered.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your balance resets to your plan’s full allowance every month, so use them freely.
What happens when I reach a Free limit?
After 20 published posts in a month, new posts can wait as drafts until the next month, or you can upgrade for unlimited posts. To connect a third channel, upgrade to Starter or above.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need more channels or credits, or move down a plan from Settings. If you move to a plan with fewer channels, disconnect the extras to keep publishing.
Which platforms can I publish to?
TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Connect your accounts once and schedule one batch across all of them.
Can I post from Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI agents?
Yes, on every plan, including Free. ViralFarm’s MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent generate, upload, and schedule posts for you. Setup takes about two minutes at myviral.farm/mcp.
Can I use my own photos, videos, and copy?
Absolutely. Upload your own media and captions and schedule them as-is, or drop your content into viral templates and let ViralFarm handle the design. The scheduler treats your uploads exactly like generated posts.
Will anything publish without my approval?
No. You review everything before it goes out, and you stay in control after: send TikToks to drafts, test Instagram trial reels on non-followers first, and pull any queued post back before it fires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings in one click. You keep your plan until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then move to Free with your posts and content intact.
